2. Description of the Service

Rizz Dialer provides outbound and inbound calling tools, SMS messaging, integrations with third-party platforms, and related features. The Service is designed for professional use, and users are responsible for ensuring lawful use of the platform.

3. Compliance with Laws

User Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
• Do-Not-Call (DNC) regulations.
• CAN-SPAM and similar privacy laws.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited marketing messages (spam).
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activities.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false contact information.
• Send communications containing obscene, harmful, or otherwise objectionable material.

5. Payment and Cancellation

Billing Terms:

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe under the parent company, Meta Tech LLC. Charges will appear on your billing statement as "Meta Tech LLC."
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, based on your plan.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations require 30 days' advance notice prior to your next billing cycle. Requests must be submitted via email to admin@rizler.ai or through your account dashboard.
• Cancellations made without 30 days' notice will result in charges for the subsequent billing period.

No Refunds:

• Payments are non-refundable, including for unused services or partial months.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Rizz Dialer provides the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Availability and uptime of the Service.
• Delivery of messages or calls.
• Compatibility with third-party platforms.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meta Tech LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• TCPA or telemarketing violations.
• Misuse of the Service.
• Third-party claims related to your communications.
